Calling all OPTAC3 digital customers! In response to customer feedback, we recently launched a new product: Smartcard driver-only download blocks for OPTAC3 web accounts.

Here at Stoneridge we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience. So earlier this year we asked customers across 7 European countries to complete a short OPTAC helpline support satisfaction survey. 748 customers responsed with some excellent results:

* 96% of our customers are satisfied overall with OPTAC helpline support
* 98% are satisfied with the attitude and manner of the helpline staff 
* 96% are satisfied with the accuracy of information provided
* 97% are satisfied with how Customer Support Representatives are able to answer their queries

We recently surveyed the OPTAC3 Web customers regarding the latest version, v4. 92.4% of all customers replied that they were overall very satisfied/satisfied with OPTAC3 Web, 16% of those replied with "very satisfied".

Stoneridge attended the Motor Transport Awards in London last week, and sponsored the Dealer of the Year award. Congratulations to the winner, MC Group, a Volvo Truck and Bus dealer operating from eight sites across the south of England.

In developing our newest tachograph, we discovered that many drivers often run over their daily driving time or take too short a break. So, we created Duo technology, the decision support tool that displays real-time updates on driving and rest time. And, with the original 'One Minute Rule' technology that allows for an extra 45 minutes* of daily driving time already built in, the SE5000 Exakt Duo is the tachograph for a better, more efficient fleet.

At this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show, Stoneridge will be showcasing its updated SE5000 Exakt digital tachograph. As well as being 2nd source of motion ready, this digital tachograph will include new features to help the driver organise and manage driving time more efficiently with real time information.
