Healthy Working Lives (HWL) is a key initiative which was introduced at Stoneridge in July 2007.  The aim of this initiative is to improve the overall wellbeing of our employees through pro-active health promotion.

Over the past five years we have rolled out this initiative with the support of the local Healthy Working Lives team and our own personal Healthy Working Lives advisor.

Within the Healthy Working Lives programme there are three levels of achievement; Bronze, Silver & Gold.  In 2008, we were awarded the Bronze award, in 2009 we received the Silver award, and we are extremely proud that we have now also achieved the Gold Award in September 2012. 

Our achievement is all the more special in that we are one of only 11 companies in Tayside to achieve the Gold HWL award, and one of 155 in the whole of Scotland.
